What AYE 365 Is
AYE 365 is an ongoing mentorship community led by Tia Crockett and Eddie Crockett, founders of Authentic You Empowerment.
AYE stands for Authentic You Empowerment, and this space exists to help you grow into who you actually are—not who you feel pressured to be.
We meet every Sunday evening at 7:30 PM Eastern Time via Zoom, creating a steady rhythm of connection, growth, and accountability. You can join at any time and stay as long as this space serves you.
In addition to weekly virtual gatherings, members have the option to connect quarterly in person through curated meetups designed for real conversation, rest, and elevation. Some are free, some are low-cost—but all are intentional.
